Follow these steps
Back up the BLU phone to Google
On the BLU phone, open Settings, then look for System, Google, or Backup. Turn on backup for apps, call history, and device settings if available, and wait until the last backup time updates.
You should see: The phone shows a recent successful Google backup.
Copy photos and files over USB if needed
Connect the BLU phone to a computer with a USB cable, choose File Transfer or MTP when prompted, and copy the DCIM, Pictures, Download, and Documents folders to the computer.

Set up the new phone from the backup
