Follow these steps
Find where the trial is billed
Search your email for Paramount+ receipts and note whether the charge or trial came from Paramount+, Amazon, Apple, Google Play, Roku, or another provider.
You should see: You know which account’s Manage subscriptions page controls the trial.
Open Manage subscriptions
On a phone or computer, sign in at that store or at Paramount+ account settings and open Manage subscriptions (or Subscriptions). On a TV, leave the Close-only prompt and use the account menu instead if Manage subscriptions is not shown.
You should see: Paramount+ appears in the list of active subscriptions or trials.
Cancel and confirm
Select Paramount+, choose Cancel or Turn off auto-renew, and confirm any final cancellation screen. Save or screenshot the confirmation.

Verify the end date
