How do I set the correct time on an ET570 smartwatch?

Most ET570-style watches sync time from the companion phone app over Bluetooth, or let you set time manually in the watch Settings > Time/Date menu. Enable automatic time on the phone, pair the watch, open the maker’s app sync option, and only then set time manually if the app has no sync.

Fix time on the phone first
On the phone, enable Automatic date & time (and correct time zone). Confirm the phone clock is right.
