Follow these steps
Check a recent bill or receipt
Open the latest statement or purchase email and look near the top for Account Number, Account #, or Customer ID.
You should see: You find a numeric or alphanumeric ID labeled as the account number.
Check the official account page
Sign in on the company’s official app or website and open Account, Profile, or Billing details.
You should see: The same account number appears in your profile.
Use it only on trusted requests
Enter the account number only on the official site/app or when you called a published support number yourself.
You should see: The company locates your account without asking for your password.
