How do I cancel a Peacock TV subscription?

Cancel Peacock where you originally subscribed: peacocktv.com, your cable bundle, or an app store such as Apple or Google. Sign in on a phone or computer first if the TV app cannot find the account.

Follow these steps
Identify how you pay for Peacock
Search email and bank or app-store statements for “Peacock.” Note whether the charge comes from Peacock, Apple, Google, Amazon, or a cable provider.
You should see: You know which company bills the subscription.
Sign in on the official Peacock site
On a phone or computer, open peacocktv.com, sign in with the account email, and open Account or Subscription.
You should see: You see Active, Canceled, or a prompt that the plan is billed elsewhere.
Cancel in the billing place
If Peacock says it is billed by Apple, Google, Amazon, or a TV provider, open that store’s Subscriptions page and cancel Peacock there.
You should see: The subscription shows canceled or set to end on a stated date.
Confirm on the TV later
After the end date, reopen Peacock on the TV or check that no new Peacock charge posts.
You should see: Access stops at the end of the paid period and billing stops.
