Why does Yahoo Mail work on a computer but not on an iPhone after a hack?

Follow these steps
Sign in on the web first
Open Safari, go to Yahoo’s official sign-in page, and sign in with the new password.
You should see: The inbox opens in Safari.
Remove the old Mail account
Go to Settings > Mail > Accounts, select Yahoo, and delete it from the iPhone.
You should see: Yahoo disappears from Mail accounts.
Re-add Yahoo
Tap Add Account > Yahoo and sign in again, completing any two-factor prompts.
You should see: Mail downloads on the phone.
Restart and test
Restart the iPhone and open Mail.
You should see: New messages appear as they do on the computer.
