Why is a ride-hailing app refusing to install or let me sign up?

Follow these steps
Update the phone's software
In Settings, check for a system update and install anything pending, then try the app store again.
You should see: The app becomes available, or you confirm the OS is too old.
Check the app store account and region
Confirm which account the store is signed in to and that its country matches where you are. A mismatched region hides some apps.
You should see: The store is using the right account for your location.
Free up space and retry
Remove unused apps or photos if storage is low, then restart the phone and try installing again.

Sign up on the website instead
If the app installs but sign-up fails, create the account through the provider's website, then sign in on the phone.

Contact the provider about a blocked account
If sign-up is refused with an account message, contact the provider's support — a previous account under the same number or card can block a new one.
