How do I correct the profile or email on a Pocket FM iPhone account?

Answer

Open Pocket FM, go to Profile or Settings, and update Account, Login & Security, email, or linked sign-in options. Sign out and back in after changes, and use only the official App Store Pocket FM app—not a random link asking for your password.

Before you start: stop right away if…

  • Avoid third-party “profile fix” links or apps that ask you to pay to unlock an account.

Follow these steps

  1. Open account settings in Pocket FM

Open Pocket FM, tap Profile or Settings, then look for Account, Login & Security, Update email, Add email, or Link account.

You should see: You see the email and sign-in methods currently tied to the account.

  2. Update the incorrect details

Edit the profile fields that are wrong. If changing email, complete any verification sent to the new address using the official in-app flow only.

You should see: The profile shows the corrected information.

  3. Refresh the session

Sign out of Pocket FM, force-close the app, reopen it, and sign in again with the updated method. Restart the iPhone if the old email still appears.

You should see: The corrected profile remains after signing back in.

  4. Contact Pocket FM support if locked out

If you cannot reach account settings or verification never arrives, use Help/Support inside the official app or the developer’s support page linked from the App Store listing—not a random DM.

You should see: Support can verify ownership and correct the account details.

What to look for: Profile, Account, Login & Security, Update email, Add email, or Link account options; the email shown on the account screen

Before you change anything: Confirm you are in the official Pocket FM app from the App Store. Note the current sign-in method before changing email. Do not share your password or verification codes with anyone who messages you about the account. If purchases are involved, keep App Store purchase receipts.
