How do you get a missing Lyft receipt and add a tip after a ride?

Follow these steps

   Find the completed ride

   Open the Lyft app menu, select Ride History, then select the matching trip. Check its receipt and any existing tip. Lyft’s ride-history guide says rides appear after payment has processed.

   You should see: You locate the correct trip or establish that it has not yet appeared.

   Check where the receipt email went

   In the app menu, open Settings and check your email address. Search that inbox and its junk folder for Lyft. Follow Lyft’s emails and receipts guide if the address needs correcting.

   You should see: You find the receipt or correct the destination for receipt emails.

   Add the tip through the trip record

   Select the ride in Ride History and tap Tip driver if available. Review the amount and existing trip details before confirming. Lyft’s tipping guide also offers the emailed receipt as a way to tip after payment.

   You should see: The selected tip is recorded for the intended ride.

   Export a receipt or request help

   To export the receipt, use Export on iOS or the download icon on Android in Ride History, then select the ride. If the trip or tipping option remains missing, use Contact Support on Lyft’s tipping help page. Provide the driver’s name, ride date and time, pickup and destination, and intended tip amount.

   You should see: You have a receipt copy or a support request tied to the correct trip.
