Answer
Cancel the trial from the same place that started billing—usually the Roku account subscriptions page, or Apple, Google, or the channel's own website. Cancel before the trial end date to avoid the first charge.

Follow these steps
Open Roku subscriptions
On a computer or phone, sign in at the official Roku account site, then open Subscriptions or Manage subscriptions for the same email used on the Roku.
You should see: A list of active trials and subscriptions appears.
Cancel the trial channel
Select the channel with the free trial and choose Cancel subscription, Turn off auto-renew, or the equivalent option. Confirm until you see a cancellation or ends-on date.
You should see: The trial shows it will end without renewing, or it is already canceled.
Check Apple or Google billing
If the trial is not listed on Roku, check Apple Subscriptions or Google Play subscriptions for the same channel and cancel there instead.
You should see: The subscription is canceled in the store that actually billed the trial.
