How do I turn on auto-renew for Presto on a phone?

Answer

If Presto was purchased through Google Play, open Play Store > profile > Payments and subscriptions > Subscriptions and turn auto-renew on for Presto. If you subscribed inside the Presto app or website, manage renewal in that Presto account instead.

Before you start: stop right away if…

  • Only change payment details inside Google Play or the official Presto billing pages.

Follow these steps

  1. Open Play subscriptions

Open Google Play Store, tap your profile picture, then Payments and subscriptions, then Subscriptions.

You should see: A list of app subscriptions appears.

  2. Find Presto

Select Presto if it is listed and check whether auto-renew is off or the subscription is canceled.

You should see: You see Presto’s renewal status.

  3. Turn auto-renew on

Resubscribe or enable auto-renew and confirm the payment method Google Play shows.

You should see: Play reports that Presto will renew.

  4. Check in-app billing if missing

If Presto is not in Play Subscriptions, open Presto’s official account or billing settings and enable auto-renew there.

You should see: Renewal is enabled in the store that actually bills you.

Extra tips

What to look for: Presto listed under Google Play Subscriptions, or an in-app Presto account billing page with auto-renew toggle.

Before you change anything: Confirm which email or store account paid for Presto. Have a valid payment method on that store account. Check whether a free trial end date is approaching. Avoid third-party “subscription fixer” apps.
