Why does a streaming account show the wrong country?
Answer
Country is usually taken from the address and payment method on the account, not from where you are sitting. Update the country in your account settings and make sure the billing address and card country match — a mismatch is what makes it revert.

- Changing region can remove titles from your watchlist and end region-specific subscriptions.
Follow these steps
Check the account country setting
Sign in on the provider's website and open account or profile settings to see the country recorded.
You should see: You can see which country is set.
Update the billing address
Change the address on file to one in the correct country, since that usually determines the content region.
You should see: The address matches the intended country.
Use a matching payment method
Add a card or payment method issued in that country. A foreign card often overrides the address.
You should see: Billing details are consistent.
Sign out everywhere and back in
Sign out of all devices, then sign in again so the region is re-evaluated.
You should see: The correct country's catalogue appears.
Contact support if it reverts
If it changes back, contact the provider — some accounts need the region changed on their side.
You should see: Support sets the region correctly.

Extra tips
What to look for: Whether the country resets after each sign-in, which points to billing details rather than a setting you can simply change.
Before you change anything: Check what happens to your watchlist and any active subscriptions before switching country, as some do not carry over.
