Why does a Kenwood car stereo with Alexa say it cannot find the network?

Alexa on a Kenwood head unit needs a working Bluetooth or Wi-Fi data path through the paired phone or vehicle connection. Reconnect the phone’s Bluetooth/internet sharing, then re-link the stereo in the Amazon Alexa app.

Confirm the phone has internet

Check the stereo in the Alexa app
