Why won't new hearing aids turn on even when the charge light shows full?

Complete a full reseat charge
Place both aids firmly in the case until they seat with a click or visible LED change. Close the lid, connect the case to power, and leave them charging for at least 2–3 hours.
You should see: Case LEDs show charging then full, and each aid responds when removed.
Try the manufacturer reset
Follow the reset steps in the brand’s quick-start guide or app (often a long press on each aid, or a dock-based reset). Then pair again only through the official app if required.

Use warranty or return support
